Hi! My name is Lillian Hoang, a University of Houston graduate with a bachelor's in journalism. I am currently the lead editor at Cram Crew, an academic tutoring firm that supports clients throughout the college application process. I work to create accessible and relevant content for all audiences.

 

I have experience with social media reporting and optimization, reader analytics and FOIA requests. Hootsuite certified, I have interned at the Houston Chronicle, written for OutSmart Magazine, and hope to become an editor-in-chief.
